Covering for Yourself
How do you get shampoo out of carpet? One of my 3 sons jumped off the counter in the bathroom and landed on a new 32oz bottle of shampoo. Not wanting to bother mom (or get in trouble) he scrubbed it with a towell (just enough to smash it into the carpet) and then covered it up:) I found it many hours later and have scrubbed and rinsed, but the bubbles keep on comming! The joy of a boy's adventure, a mother's distress, and a carpet's nightmare!

Best Friends Night Ride
The Best Friends
I came home from work tonight and found John trying to pull Kelton in a blanket.
It was so funny. He would pull his hardest until the blanket, with Kelton on it, would reach the carpet and then John would fall down. What a great little brother. Well, then Trey wanted in on the fun and he started pulling the blanket around giving each boy a ride. Them riding together on the blanket
John getting a ride with dad pulling the blanket
Kelton getting a ride with dad pulling the blanket
They had so much fun and asked if dad would pull them again in the morning when they woke up. So cute!--No pictures of Keith he was in bed and down for the count.

Here We Come 2009
Happy New Year everyone. We had a a party here, can you say "Party Animals!" Well, in a sense you could say we are. We had my sister and her 3 kids, my other sister and her husband and my mom & dad over for new years. I made deep fried candybars (good, but next time I need to really get out the deep fryer). Trey made his famous rice crispies. Libbey brought chips and salsa. Mom, Dad, & Lacie brought drinks (sparkling apple juice for adults and little apple shaped jars of apple juice for the kids). We played Monopoly. Fun,but next time I want to win:) We counted down with KK in Philidephia. So we counted down to 10:00PM here. Then everyone went home. Party Animals!!
Well, in our church I am working with the young women. So I got to watch A Brand New Begining production the the LDS church put out. It was really good. The youth that I work with are calling it "High School Musica--Church Edition." If you want to check it out go to www.ABrandNewYear.lds.org.
They did a great job. They had songs and danced. I loved the story by Pres. Monson. What and amazing man.
