Salt Lake City

Last weekend me and the boys met Trey in Salk Lake and spent the night in a hotel. It was a blast. We went swimming for hours (there was NO ONE else in the poor), we went out to dinner, and the boys got to spay up as late as they wanted. The boys loved it. We walked into the hotel and the boys had to inspect everything. "We have a bathroom, a bed, a TV. Mom, we even have a little fridge!" But, the things that seemed to make them the most happy was that they got to sleep in their sleeping bags (Trey and I got the bed). It is amazing what simple things kids enjoy.

The next day was conference. Trey and I got to listen to the first session of conference before we headed for home. I have realized what a great family I have and for the joy that they bring me. The Lord has definitly blessed my life.

I Love Spring

I know I've been into long posts lately, but I'm sure it will slow down soon. Anyway here it goes. This Saturday was so beautiful. I really do love the spring. After we had our housework done we all went outside to work on the yard. We didn't get to much done except play, but after the work hours were over we got to go and visit with everyone. First, I visited my grandma Devey. She had had surgery to remove some cancer from her forehead. I got to visit with her while Kelton and John played outside. It was a great visit and it reminded me that I really do need to go see her more. She is a great lady. Second, we went up to my mom and dads (aka grandma and papas). Papa was having a camp out with all the BOY grandkids in his sheep camp. (From the stories I got from Kelton they had a blast!) Thank You papa. While we were waiting for it to get dark we started a fire and roasted marshmellows and talked; while the kids played in the dirt near by.

New York with KK & Brad

I just spent the last 5 days in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I went with my mom to go visit my sister and brother-in -law. It was a blast. First, I got to watch all the movies I've been wanting to see 

(Twilight). 

Then we got to go to the Manhaten LDS Temple.

 (Amazing to feel such peace and feel as though there is no rush to life in such a bussling atmosphere). Me & my mom outside the LDS Temple

Third, I got to go to the Atlantic 10 basketball championship game between Temple Univ. & Dusquane(Temple won).

 Fourth, we did some much needed girls shopping time (3 days)

Me and KK Shopping in NYC-I didn't get the camera out in Atalitic City I was too busy shopping. After we shopped for about 4 hours we met Brad to have lunch together.

 After lunch, Brad being the gentlman that he is offered to take our bags back to the hotel so we could shop more. On his way back to the hotel he stepped off the curb and twisted his ankle pretty bad. All the bags emptied into the road and he was down for the count. When he tried to gather everything and get himself out of the road he couldn't stand on his foot. Luckily there was a realy nice lady that helped him get his stuff and get him a cab so he could at least get back to the hotel. Poor Brad! 

Last, but most definitly not least, we ate out, ate out and ate out! The east really knows how to cook Italian food.

Saturdays

I love Saturdays. It is a day to catch up on everything that you have ignored or just not gotten around to. So I have been meaning to update the pictures of my boys, they seem to have grown overnight. 

Here's Kelton. He loves school and is very excited to go into KIndergarten, even though he has to get a few shots. He said he'll be tough.

His new love is basketball cards. He was in love with pokemon cards, but after going througha few OLD boxes of Trey's stuff he fould all of Trey's basketball cards. Kelton's friend Cooper had basketball, baseball, and football cards and Kelton wanted as many as him. Trey found a few of the greats (Micheal Jordon, The Mailman, John Stockton). He traded one to Cooper and gave the rest of the cards to Kelton so he could trade. He thinks he is the KING of trading cards and shows them to every kid that comes throught the front door.

John is a ball of fire lately. He loves, LOVES, to tease anyone that even seems to be bugged about anything. In nursery he really pushed the buttons of another classmate and he clawed Johns poor little face, scratching his nose and under his eye. After crying and getting the kid in trouble he told me what happened and I have determined that he deserved the scratch. After this little inccident I thought he would learn his lesson, but NO. He got home and started teasing his older brother who punched him. He has yet to learn when to stop teasing. He really will brighten your day if you just don't lethim get to you:)

Keith is quite the love bug. He is walking around everything, just not on his own yet. He has started to cry and scream if I leave the room, which is pleasing because it tells me I'm his favorite:) But heart breaking because I have to leave sometimes and I don't like hearing him sooo sad. I love them all.
